I acknowledge that Shelley Victoria Shelley is a Reiki Practitioner and is in private practice for the purpose of providing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual support using Reiki techniques.
I also acknowledge that Shelley Victoria Shelley is not a medical doctor or mental health care professional and, accordingly, cannot and will not provide medical advice or psychological advice. I understand that Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. I will rely on my own medical practitioner or mental health professional for medical or psychological care and advice.
I understand that Reiki sessions are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, energetic balance, and overall well-being through the transfer of compassionate and supportive energy.
Shelley Victoria Shelley is a support person who has been attuned to provide Reiki treatments. She may respond to my inquiries by providing positive reinforcement and appropriate feedback. I acknowledge my responsibility to communicate my levels of comfort or discomfort and to share any relevant information that may influence my session or support.
I recognize that Reiki is only one factor in the management of my overall health and well-being. I understand that it is my choice whether to follow any information, suggestions, or wellness practices shared during sessions and that it may be advisable to consult with my medical or mental health professional before doing so.
In consideration of the services, information, and support I have received or will receive from Aurora Ray Healing Services and Shelley Victoria Shelley, I hereby release and hold harmless Aurora Ray Healing Services and Shelley Victoria Shelley from any and all liability arising from the services, information, or support provided. I voluntarily waive any claim for damages or injury resulting from participation in Reiki sessions or related services.
I have read this Release prior to signing and understand its effect. I acknowledge that by signing this Release, I am waiving certain legal rights that I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns may otherwise have.
