Your first visit begins with a short conversation about what brought you in. From there, we tailor the session using reiki, sound, and gentle bodywork where appropriate, then leave time to integrate before you return to your day.

It is my soul's mission to support others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, awakening to their highest potential, and remembering the truth of who they are.
Opening Channels to Universal Energy
A Reiki Attunement is a process that initiates a person into Reiki, opening energy channels to channel universal life force energy. Attunements are given by a Reiki Master Teacher in person or remotely, using a Reiki symbol to focus the energy. Benefits include improved energy channeling, enhanced focus, well-being, reduced stress, and a deeper connection to universal life force energy. This powerful initiation can bring profound changes to the practitioner's life and should be approached with reverence and respect.
